About me

Early in my career, I was driven by a question: Why do some organizations thrive in delivery, while others get bogged down in their own structures despite having teams full of smart people?
My answer lies in universal principles. My work integrates empirical cause-and-effect models from the social sciences and organizational psychology with mathematical fundamentals. This includes leveraging frameworks like the "Theory of Scrum Team Effectiveness"¹, queueing theory, and the discipline of small batch sizes and WIP limits. All of it in service of faster feedback and decisions made where the knowledge is.
My conclusion is clear: Success requires a solid mental model and a principled, empirical mindset. I bring this foundation to our collaboration, enabling us to engineer solutions that are uniquely fitted to your reality—not just generic best practices.
